Camelot Motor Lodge & Conference Centre offers a recently refurbished and fully air-conditioned conference venue, providing top facilities and amenities to cater to your business's needs. The venue accommodates up to 30 people and is available from 8am to 5pm on weekdays at the very competitive rate of $170 per day (GST incl). There is the option to book onsite accommodation which is very convenient for those who have travelled to attend the conference.

Camelot Motor Lodge & Conference Centre's spacious conference venue accommodates up to 30 people and we can set up three seating configurations:
U Shape The U-shape seats up to 24 people and fosters an interactive and collaborative environment, promoting open discussions and group participation.
Boardroom The boardroom setup seats up to 20 persons and offers a more formal and focused setting, ideal for decision-making sessions and executive meetings.
Theatre The theatre layout seats up to 30 people, ensures an efficient use of space and allows for clear visibility of presentations, maximising engagement and knowledge sharing among attendees.
Our conference facilities offer excellent lighting utilising both LED lighting and natural light, creating a bright and energising atmosphere. We also offer an outside breakout area - this private outside area is where guests can enjoy refreshing breaks and networking opportunities in a pleasant outdoor setting.
Good disability access for the conference venue
The venue has good disability access with wide doors for wheelchairs, and easy to access disability toilets, ensuring inclusivity and convenience. A ramp on the premises allows easy accessibility. We also have a disability studio if accommodation is required, and our other ground floor units provide good access too.
Conference equipment provided and refreshment options are available
The conference room features quality equipment, including a screen and a whiteboard. You are welcome to bring any other equipment you require.
Morning or afternoon teas are available on request at an additional cost per person, and complimentary iced water is provided.
